Here and Now
We are happy to invite you to the first edition of Here and Now – a festival of mindful authenticity in the Czech Republic.
There are many paths to presence. Some accent attention and mindfulness, others body and breath, vulnerability, emotional congruence or connection and authenticity.
Explore with us a tapestry of self-discovery practices designed to reconnect you with your whole being, feel good in your skin and create deeper and safer connections with others.
Craft your journey
You will get a chance to choose from workshops and intensives in:
- Authentic Relating: Cultivate a genuine connection with yourself and others through open communication.
- Contact Improvisation: Open up to connecting with others through playful movement and mindful touch.
- Playfight: A safe encounter moving freely on the scale playfulness – strength with an intention to notice, accept, and express the motivations and emotions that appear.
- Honest Communication: Embrace vulnerability, and learn to express yourself and your emotions in a safe space. An approach based on Radical Honesty.
- Authentic Movement: A meditative, intuitive, improvisational movement practice involving a mover and a witness. Practice of listening, attunement; slowing and opening to a deeper sensing of body and psyche.
- IFS (Internal Family Systems): Understand yourself on a deeper level by exploring and integrating your inner world.
- Circling: Deepen your connections through authentic dialogue and shared experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
